The Workflow Growth Audit
Find the workflow holding back your next stage of growth.
Not a transformation program. Not a software pitch. One workflow, examined properly, with a clear decision at each step — and nothing to pay unless there's something genuinely worth fixing.
How it works
Three steps. Clear decisions.
Free 45-minute assessment
We look at one slow workflow, understand what is happening now, and decide together whether there is a real opportunity to improve it. If there isn't, we tell you.
Free · no obligation
Paid diagnostic
We map the workflow end to end, rank the opportunities by value, and give you a practical implementation plan you could act on with or without us.
Fixed scope · credited if you proceed
Implementation
If you go ahead, we build the fixes around your existing tools. The diagnostic cost is credited toward the implementation work — you never pay twice for the same thinking.
Scoped per plan · diagnostic credited
The free assessment has one job: find out whether there’s a workflow worth fixing.
What you walk away with
The diagnostic produces three things you keep.
A workflow map
The slow workflow documented end to end — every handoff, wait and workaround made visible, usually for the first time.
Ranked opportunities
The fixes that matter, ordered by value and effort — including the ones that need no software at all.
An implementation plan
A practical, sequenced plan you could hand to us — or to anyone else. It's yours either way.
If you go ahead with implementation, the diagnostic cost is credited toward the work. If you don’t, you still own a plan you can act on.
A good fit if…
- One workflow keeps generating rework, chasing or double-handling
- Enquiries or quotes go quiet because follow-up depends on memory
- A spreadsheet has quietly become a critical business system
- Admin eats owner or senior-staff hours every single week
- You suspect AI could help but don't want to buy hype
Not a fit if…
- You want a big-bang "AI transformation" program
- You're looking for a tool reseller or software pitch
- Nothing about the current process feels slow or fragile

Illustrative examples — not client claimsPractical automation still needs sensible controls.
Excelsior AI works with your existing tools and accounts where possible. Access is scoped to what is needed. Customer-facing messages, quotes and sensitive decisions keep a human approval step unless there is a clear reason to do otherwise. The goal is not blind automation — it’s a workflow your team can understand, control and trust.
FAQ
Common questions.
What is a Workflow Growth Audit?
It starts with a free 45-minute assessment of one slow workflow. If there's a real opportunity, the next step is a paid diagnostic that maps the workflow, ranks the highest-value fixes and gives you a clear implementation plan. If you proceed with implementation, the diagnostic cost is credited toward the work.
Is the first assessment free?
Yes — 45 minutes, free, no obligation. Its only job is to establish whether there is a bottleneck worth solving.
What happens after the free assessment?
If there's a genuine opportunity, we propose the paid diagnostic. If there isn't, we say so and you lose nothing but 45 minutes.
Do you build the automation as well as advise on it?
Yes. The diagnostic produces an implementation plan, and Excelsior AI provides hands-on implementation support around your existing tools if you choose to proceed.
Do you work with businesses in Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast?
Yes — that's the home service area, and in-person work happens there. Remote work is possible where it makes sense.
Do we need to know which tool we want?
No. We start with the bottleneck, not the tool. The right fix is chosen after the workflow is understood.
Can you work with our existing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM or spreadsheets?
Yes. Most work happens around the tools you already use — CRMs, spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, forms and workflow tools like n8n.
Is AI always part of the solution?
No. Sometimes the best fix is a better form, a cleaner CRM process, a template, a checklist or a reminder sequence. AI is used only where it genuinely improves the workflow.
Do you publish a phone number?
Not currently. The request form and email are the best ways to get in touch — replies come from Alban directly.
How do you handle privacy and sensitive business data?
Access is scoped to what's needed, work happens in your accounts where possible, and customer-facing messages keep a human approval step. Nothing is automated that your team can't understand and control.
