Terms of Service
These terms explain how Excelsior AI engagements are quoted, accepted, paid and delivered. Specific signed quotes or written agreements take priority for client projects.

Business details
Excelsior AI is the trading style of Excelsior Artificial Intelligence, operated by Alban Gabriel Marie de Vaucorbeil, ABN 59 751 170 320, based in Victoria, Australia.
Quotes and acceptance
Work is normally provided under a written quote, proposal or statement of work. Acceptance may occur by written approval, signature, payment of an agreed invoice or payment link, or another agreed written confirmation.
If a project quote contains specific scope, pricing, timing or warranty terms, that quote takes priority over these general website terms for that project.
Payments
Amounts are quoted in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Excelsior AI is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added unless this changes and is required or agreed in writing.
Payment timing is set out in the relevant quote or invoice. Payments may be processed by Stripe or bank transfer. Stripe handles card details securely; this website does not store card numbers.
Subscriptions and retainers
Monthly retainers or subscriptions only begin when agreed in writing or activated in Stripe after the agreed start condition. For fixed-term retainers, the intended term and cancellation process should be stated in the quote or written agreement.
Cancellations and refunds
Setup, diagnostic, strategy and implementation work involves reserved time and professional services. Refunds are not automatic once work has started, unless the relevant quote states otherwise or Australian Consumer Law requires it.
If you need to pause, cancel or change scope, contact us as soon as possible so we can agree the next step in writing.
No guaranteed results unless stated
Unless a signed quote expressly includes a performance warranty, Excelsior AI does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, bookings, customer counts or revenue outcomes. We do our best to improve the agreed workflows and growth assets, but business results depend on many factors outside our control.
